UK DELIVERY - Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, Yodel, UPS & Fedex

Highlands - remote areas as defined by each courier and islands – Courier Services: restricted / limited services regardless of services shown to you on this site.

For lower value (usually up to £20) and lower weight (usually up to 2kg) Royal Mail services are available as normal. For items with a higher value or items over 2kg or over 16cm high, where a courier service is required or offered variable services and charges apply.

Items bought from multi variation listings – the system does not allow for individual post options for individual items, lower value, smaller items sent as advertised via Royal Mail, higher value and items over 16cm high (inc. Packaging) are sent via courier.

During strikes - Royal Mail services will be replaced with an equivalent courier service, this is usually Yodel or Hermes . Please note – For Highlands and UK Islands delivery times can be longer than Royal Mail and some destinations can incur extra charges. Some destinations are not serviced.

COURIER DELIVERY OPTION - We are required to supply your telephone number to our couriers - please ensure your number is included on your details. Courier drivers may not know your property address as well as your local Royal Mail “postie”, thereofre if your property is not clearly marked from roadside or is located down a mile long track off an un-named lane we advise putting out a sign, otherwise you increase the possibility of delayed or failed delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – When offered: Is via Ebays Global Shipping Program. We send to Ebays UK GSP centre. UK GSP centre, processes, including customs declaration and delivers to International destination. Ebay GSP sets international shipping prices and collects any necessary customs duty / local taxes.

DISPATCH - Usually within 1 - 2 working days.

COLLECTION - available by appointment.

PAYMENT TERMS / METHODS:

Payment within 3 days please, if you need longer please email us first.

UK - PAYPAL, Ebay payments,  cheque, Postal Order.

If paying by eCheque through Paypal, please bear in mind that it can take 2 weeks to clear and items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

NON UK BUYERS - Please be aware that you may have to pay your countries import duties and taxes on items purchased from the UK or any other non EU country. This applies more commonly for items with a higher value. (each country sets its own value threshold) Below this value the selling platform should charge and collect this duty at point of sale, over this value usually the carrier will collect your countries duty and tax charges at point of delivery. 

RETURNS POLICY - summary - You can return items for any reason within 30 days, just let us know as soon as possible. See details below.

Where Possible use the ebay returns feature. Please use a recorded method of post and in the very least obtain proof of posting receipt.

Remember to send your details when returning items. These are your name, address, ebay name, item number. If you do not send this information we may not be able to process your refund.

Returned items will be checked and any refund due will be reimbursed via the same method they were made.

Please note we will not refund on any item that has been fitted, damaged by trying to fit, modified, misused or not in otherwise original condition.
