Replacement/Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

If the return/replacement is not a result of our mistake (not defective or wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as a 20 percent restocking fee.

Orders to continental US states are usually received in three to five business days from the shipping date, while Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses, and US protectorates may take longer.
