o If you would like to collect item in person please contact us prior to purchase/collecting to arrange a suitable time. - ‘Special delivery’ items posted on a Friday are guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail on the following Monday (unless the Monday is a bank/public holiday that Royal Mail is closed on). They do offer a guaranteed delivery for Saturday at an additional cost, but ebay does not have this loaded on their system for us to offer. If you need to avail of this please contact us prior to purchase for a price.
- If paying by cheque please allow for clearing time through our bank.
- We will send a message via ebay to advise that item has been despatched.
- Feedback will be left on confirmation of receipt of item.

- Contact should be made with us before returning any item.
- In the unlikely event that an item is faulty a replacement will be provided, or where applicable a refund will be given.
- Returns for any other reason will incur a rehandling charge to cover ebay, postage, and paypal fees where applicable. All returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. We will not accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so would advise you to choose appropriate postage.
