Ovulation Tests

When a woman is about to ovulate, her body releases a large amount of a hormone called LH (Luteinizing Hormone). LH is still present in your urine, but levels increase in the middle of your cycle, requiring you to release an egg through the ovary, this process is called ovulation. If the LH is present, it is likely to occur within the next 24 to 48 hours.

These ovulation tests detect LH by measuring the amount of LH in the urine.

Pregnancy test

When you are pregnant, your body secretes the hCG pregnancy hormone.Urine pregnancy tests can detect the presence of this hormone in your urine. You can use these tests for your period. If the test result is negative but you feel like you are pregnant, wait at least two days and start a pregnancy test again. Only fecundostimulating drugs containing hCG pregnancy hormone influence the test result.
