All Snazaroo face paints are specially formulated to be friendly to the most delicate skin and are fragrance-free.
All face paints have been reviewed by an independent professor of dermatology and professional toxicologists. However, we recommend that before you start, you try a small test area on the inside of the elbow.
Are Snazaroo face paints non-toxic?
All Snazaroo face paints are manufactured using only ingredients fully compliant with EU & FDA toy and cosmetic regulations, and are not dangerous and non-toxic.
Are Snazaroo face paints suitable for Vegans or for Vegetarians?
Some of our Snazaroo face paints contain lanolin, an animal-derived ingredient and as such, our products cannot be categorised as vegan/vegetarian. However, the glyceryl stearate in our face paints does not contain any animal ingredients and there are no other ingredients (other than lanolin) which are derived from animals in our face paints.
Are Snazaroo face paints safe for pregnant women?
Snazaroo face paints are safe for pregnant women, as all our cosmetics conform to the cosmetics directive.
Are Snazaroo face paints tested on Animals?
Snazaroo products are never tested on animals.
Are Snazaroo face paints gluten free or nuts free?
Snazaroo products do not contain any gluten or nuts.
What to use to remove Snazaroo face paints?
All Snazaroo products are easy to remove. Simply wash off with warm soapy water or use gentle face wipes.

The UK Fancy Dress Store takes great care in packaging every order to ensure safe shipment to you.

All orders sent within the UK are posted Standard Delivery. If you require your order faster please select an expedited shipping method when checking out and paying for your order.

Please Note: We do not send out any orders on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Returns

FAULTS: Should your item be faulty please contact us via an eBay message. We can then supply you with a returns address. Items are inspected by both ourselves and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned at a buyer expense. Should the item be worn whilst faulty no refund will be granted.

UNWANTED ITEM/WRONG SIZE: Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via EBay message. A costume can be returned as long at the costume is unworn and is how it arrived ie; in the packaging tidily with the backing card in exactly the same place as it was sent – please note if we have to spend time re-organising the costume a 10% deduction from your sale will be made - Please note all of our returns are inspected and tested against wearing. You will have open a return case on EBay if not already done so. Please return by a TRACKED SERVICE to; UK Party, Unit 2, The Old Co-Op Buildings, Hexham Road, Walbottle, Newcastle upon Tyne. NE15 9SR and enclose your invoice with instructions on whether you require an exchange or refund. PLEASE NOTE YOU DO NOT NEED A LABEL FROM EBAY TO RETURN THIS ITEM. You must return this costume within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A refund of the cost of the item minus postal costs will be made. No postage costs will be refunded.

EXCHANGE: Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via an eBay message so we can assist you. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging charge as shown on eBay. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility, On arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way.
