Please note that some of my items are ex display and customer returns from high street catalogue companies. These items will be marked as “New Other” and have been returned either under the 7 day cooling off period or due to minor imperfections i.e have slight scratches/dents, missing instruction manuals, missing original packaging, etc. All items are checked and repacked.  We do our best to accurately describe any faults or parts missing but sometimes some details can be missed.  Please contact us if there are any problems and we will endeavor to resolve them for you.

timescales is not guaranteed, unless Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery postal methods are selected. 

A maximum of 15 working days will be allowed for items sent via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class within the UK.  Items sent internationally via Royal Mail Airmail may take up to 30 days to arrive.  If you have any queries regarding delivery of your item, please message us before purchasing.

RETURNS POLICY:

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Buyers must inform us that they wish to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.  Cancelled orders should be returned within 28 days,

unused and in original packaging.  A deduction of the purchase price will be applied to any refund if the item is returned damaged or incomplete.

Refund will be for the cost of the item only.  Postage paid for express delivery will not be refunded.  Cost of returning item is at the buyers expense, unless product is found to be faulty.

All returns must be accompanied with a note stating your eBay User ID and reason for returning the goods. 

We regret that under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 28 days of transaction.

Items may be returned for a refund provided that the goods have not been used and remain in their original packaging.   If you wish to arrange a return you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods

Your request should include details of your eBay user name item number and your reason for returning the goods.
