These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We will ship smaller quantities in 4mil Ziplok bags, however, sealed factory boxes are available for larger quantity purchases.  These are factory equipped with wire ready connector screw assemblies.  Simply strip the end your wire, slip it under the captive wire retainer plate, and tighten the screw.  There is no need to make loops to fit around the screw heads.  Up to two stripped wires can be clamped under each wire retainer and screw.
