Directions to use

This is only for a general guide of how I use the decals
It may not be the professional way

 

You will need a saucer/dish with some luke warm water
A pair of scissors
A pair of tweezers
A piece of kitchen paper or similar 
A clear nail polish like topcoat

 

Make sure your nails are scrupulously clean from dirt, oils etc., manicure if necessary

Find the Decal of choice and cut around it.
Choose Decals for each of your nails prior to starting 
Place the Decal in the saucer of water
The Decal should float away from backing sheet in seconds, if not just slide the decal from the backing sheet using your fingers
 (If it does not come off at once, leave in the water for longer)
Lift the Decal, using tweezers and place on your nail or other surface of choice.
Do not let the decal cover any skin at cuticle and sides
Once crease free and flat on the nail,  dab dry with kitchen paper or similar
Complete by using a clear top coat of thin nail varnish,  over entire nail including the Decal
Repeat for all nails

After a few days of wear you may want to re-apply a new top coat

Description -I try to describe everything I sell as completely and honest as I possibly can
The colours I describe are as I know and see them - I am not saying I am right, colours have a very fine line of accuracy.  People can see one colour differently in person, seeing on a computer screen 
can show different shades in colours due to resolutions - please bear this in mind.

Bargain Basement - I use this category for any item that has either a small fault, or a colouring defect, or I may have discontinued it from sale - I will clearly note the reason WHY and offer at a very competitive price.

Posting -Can I please ask you to make sure your address is complete on Ebay, as I use this when posting items
If an item is returned to me due to an incomplete address - I will have to ask for a further payment to cover the cost of re-sending the item out - sorry
If I make a mistake, I will re-post the item first class at my expense.

None/Late deliveries - Although this does not happen a lot, when it does it is very annoying
I signed up and pay for a service which uses Franking Machine labels which are electronically tagged. I also obtain "proof of postage" receipts for every order.  I will contact both myself should your order go astray to ascertain where it is being held up.  I may ask you to contact your local sorting office to ascertain if they are holding it for any reason,  

Please NOTE, if you DO NOT SEND ME A  message me to say you have not received your order, I WILL NOT KNOW,  Seeing a negative feedback saying "you have not received your item" is a huge blow to me.  I ask you to message me in the first instance, give me an opportunity to put this right.  If I do not answer you, and you are not satisfied, then this is the time to open a case or leave negative feedback

Damages - Please note - I always check every item before posting it. Items will never leave my address damaged - if they are delivered damaged - it has happened in transit

Returns - I will accept returns within 14 days of Delivery.  Reasons for returns:-

1.  Items arrived broken   2.  Items not as described    3.  Nothing wrong - just changed your mind

Please contact me in the first instance. Do not return items until I ask you to do so. I may ask you to take a photograph if the item was damaged or not as described. 
Please note, refunds are made at my discretion and any refundable  monies will be discussed prior to returning.
Refund amounts may NOT include reimbursed postal charges to return to me, I may also deduct the cost of postage to send the order to you from the total amount you initially paid
The aforementioned is totally dependant on the reason you wish to return your item.  

If I ask you to return the item, it must be sent back with all its original packaging even though you may have opened it.  The item must be sent back as per my instructions.
I will proceed to refund as and when the order has been received back by myself 

Discount - I may be able to negotiate a "Special Price" should you be interested in buying multiples of an item - Please send me a message prior to buying

If you are looking for something and cannot find it - why not ask me - I may be able to source it for you.

On the last note - I do appreciate your custom and please know that I will resolve any issues that you may have without the need to open a case against me.  Of course if you are not satisfied with anything I have or have not done then of course Ebay is there to help you - and opening a case is their way of intervening and resolving the issue for the Buyer
