Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

FREE Shipping will be sent via USPS , or UPS depending on the destination, size, and weight of the shipment. Items usually ship in 1 full business day after order placement and average delivery times are 3-8 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation with a USPS or UPS tracking number.

We ship FREE to the Lower 48 States.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and sometimes PO Boxes may require additional $$ shipping, to be determined on an Individual basis.

International Buyers must contact me first for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

Import duties, VAT, taxes, and other charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the Buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what, if any, additional costs or taxes will be prior to buying.

Payment Policy

Immediate Payment is required upon selecting “Buy It Now” or upon checking out through the Ebay cart.

We only accept PayPal payments. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your bank account.

Return Policy

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase however if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return new, unopened items, in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Even though we offer Free shipping, the cost for shipping the item to you was included in the original purchase price and it will not be refunded. Your refund will be the original purchase price, minus the actual cost of shipping the item to you. If the item has been opened, we will not be able to process the return. You must also agree with Ebay's request for mutual cancellation of the transaction to avoid an unpaid strike due the refund. All returns must be authorized by us before items are shipped back.

Buyer pays for the return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returned products purchased through eBay.

Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer.

If the return is a result of our error , we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

We take great care to safely pack and ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us via email within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate the claim with the assistance of the shipping company. If the damage is the result of a shipping error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after receipt of the damaged item and verification of the claim.

Good communication is very important in preventing and solving any problems that might arise during any transaction. Please contact us right away so that we can work together to complete the transaction as smoothly and as flawlessly as possible.

Canceling An Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. Orders can be canceled and refunded prior to packing and shipping. However, order cancellations received after shipment has occurred cannot be canceled or refunded. We pack and ship very quickly, most orders are processed the same day, so please call or email immediately after purchase to ensure cancellation.

Bubble mailer envelopes, Brown Kraft shipping paper, or boxes may be used at our discretion.

All items listed as "NEW" are Brand New, Factory Sealed, NRFB.

I take care in describing all items as accurately as possible. I will note if there is a major flaw or damage on the packaging of an item.

There might be price stickers, scratches, shelf wear, small creases, small dents or minor imperfections on boxes. If you have special or specific concerns/questions about the condition of an item please email me first!
