REFILLABLE CARTRIDGES FOR EDIBLE INK - CANON ip7250

Full set of 5 compatible refillable cartridges, specially constructed for use with edible inks. The cartridges have a special microfibre sponge and unique construction to give reliable and consistent feeding with edible inks. Latest auto-reset chips ensure trouble-free automatic resetting of the empty cartridges after re-filling. Cartridges in the set are as follows: PGI-550BK (Large Black),  CLI-551BK (Small Black),  CLI-551C (Cyan), CLI-551M (Magenta) &  CLI-551Y (Yellow)     

The cartridges can be refilled up to 30 times.  However, if using for edible ink we recommend replacing the refillable cartridges every six months at most to avoid the build up of possibly out of date ink in them. All our refillable cartridges are equipped with the latest version ARC (auto-reset) chips, so they will work in your 550/551 compatible printer no matter when it was manufactured. There is no need to reset the cartridge chips with a resetter or use any third party software.  Once the cartridges run out, remove and refill and the cartridges will reset to full automatically when they are reinserted in the printer. Avoid touching the chip with your fingers. If chips become contaminated with ink, fingermarks etc., they can be gently polished with a dry soft cloth. 

You should not use the cartridges with edible ink in printers which have previously been used for normal ink. Normal ink, unlike edible ink, is toxic if ingested so it's always best to use a printer for one kind of ink only.
