This is a "Switchback - The Maddening Marble Puzzle" brain teaser puzzle by Binary Arts, 1994. Originally came with a booklet with 50 additional patterns, this booklet is not included. The only instructions included are the ones printed on the back of the box.

The challenge is simple : Arrange the colored marbles to match one of the four patterns printed on the frame.

To play, shift the slider bars back and forth. By tipping the game you can roll the marbles, or balls, from row to row.

Watch out ! When you line up the rows, all the balls will roll from slider to slider.

Plan your strategy carefully to switch only the balls you choose. Control movement by positioning balls to block other balls. Use the edges for shelter. Let your tactical skills evolve. Don't give up !
