P clips are used extensively in many industries for securing pipes, hoses and cables. The fixings holes are pierced to accept a standard M6 bolt, with the lower hole being en-longed to allow for any adjustment that may be necessary when lining up the fixing holes.
Selecting the correct size clamp:
- Accurately measure the OUTSIDE diameter of your hose / application.
- Select the Hose Clip which size range matches the OD of your hose.
- The outer diameter of the hose tends to increase when you push the hose onto a spout or connection.
- Size Example: If your hose is 13mm OD, please select the 10-14mm P clip.
Applying the clamp:
- Safely position the hose / hose clamp.
- Firmly tighten the hose clamp on the application.
