to ask for a further payment to cover the cost of re-sending the item out

not happen a lot, when it does it is very annoying I signed up and pay for a service which uses Franking Machine labels
which are electronically tagged. I also obtain "proof of postage"

the time to open a case or leave negative feedback Damages - Please note - I always check every
item before posting it. Items will never leave my address damaged - if
they are delivered damaged - it has happened in transit Returns - I will accept returns
within 14 days of Delivery. Reasons for returns:- 1. Items arrived broken 2. Items not as described
