This item is brand new with tags from a sales rep sample stock. It is a sequin skirt in turquoise with a leopard print and attached black shorts. There is a side slit on the left side.The size is a medium adult.The waist measurement unstretched is 26", and the length is 11".  Material is polyester spandex.
