Payment must be made within 4 days Pay Pal or 7 days cheque / postal order .

Items will be despatched within 2 days of cleared funds .

We always obtain proof of postage so therefore non delivery by royal mail is at the buyers risk .

No claims can be made for non delivery or missing items unless a sign for or tracking service has been used .

If you require further certainty of delivery and / or greater insurance cover please request Recorded or Special Delivery before making payment .

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery .

Auto Electrical Spares will only pay return postage costs if the item supplied is incorrect or faulty .

Postage rates are clearly displayed before purchase and include postage and packaging .

If you are not happy with the postage rates displayed we would respectfully ask you not to purchase .
