These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the supplier boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  We couldn't find an exact match for these with Google or at Falco's website, so we are guessing they are a specialty product of some sort.  The number on the little white label (picture #3) is 121102031-P5, 0036 FALCO; it just didn't print well on many of them.
