This 200 threadcount bedding features a beautiful red and beige floral design and will bring a hint of luxury to any bedroom. Returns

Returns accepted if:

  1. Item is returned within 14 days of receipt
  2. Item is unopened and still has original tags attached where applicable
  3. Where item is sold with FREE POSTAGE, our actual postage costs will be deducted from your refund (up to a maximum £4.00 for Royal Mail and £5.00 for courier delivery)
  4. Please contact us for a returns authorisation number prior to returning

When returning goods please ask for a proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch items within 1 working day. Please see schedule below to see approximately, when you will receive your item.

Deliveries within the UK.

For UK orders, heavier items will be dispatched via courier, and you will receive them within 2 working days AFTER dispatch. Orders that weigh less then 5kg in total, will be sent via Royal Mail, and you should receive them 2-5 working days AFTER dispatch.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier/Royal Mail should leave a note, advising of the attempted delivery. If you have not received your item 5 days AFTER dispatch, please check with your local post office/depot in the first instance, to see if the item is awaiting collection. Failure to do this, will result in the item being sent back to us, which will incur further charges, for redelivery. Please see below for our claims process should your item fail to reach you.

For European orders - you should get your order 5-10 working days AFTER dispatch.

For USA/Australian orders - you should get your order 10-15 working days AFTER disaptch. Please check with your local post office if you have not got your order 15 days after dispatch.

Claims process - in the event of a lost parcel.

If your item does not get to you within the specified time, please contact us. We will try to track the order down, and let you know it status with the delivery company. If in the unlikely event we are unable to track the parcel, we will send you a denial of receipt claim form. We will require you to complete and sign this form, which we will forward to the Royal Mail/courier, to use as a part of their fraud investigation into the missing parcel. We will then send a replacement out to you (and will only refund the item if it is no longer in stock).
