The price you see is for one organdy tutu with a classically cut skirt, the top layer is about 13 inches on the child sizes. The tutu is 4 layers and only the top layer has the black ribbon Now, the  leotard is offered in a different listing as is the fringe skirt and the tapkirt.This skirt is new, in original manufacturer's packaging, and perfect, no irregularities.
