Items will be sent within 1 working day with Royal Mail Second Class post.

If an order is placed very early in the morning I will try to despatch these the same day all other orders will be sent the next working day.

First Class post is an option for an extra fee

(Sometimes due to their size or weight  multiple orders may be sent with a 3 - 5 working day courier)

If your item has not arrived by your expected date please check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as they are often not leaving "While you were out cards”.

Please note Royal Mail quote 2 -3 working days for delivery but eBay base their expected delivery dates on a 2 working day delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days with return postage paid by the buyer.

Goods must be received back in the same condition as they were sent out.

I must be advised before any returns are made.

If a postage upgrade was chosen when purchasing then this will not be refunded if a return is made.

Any items received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order and photographic evidence will be required.
