Orders made before 1.30pm Monday to Friday are, in most cases, despatched the very same day (subject to payment verification). During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Please allow 10 working days for delivery, (15 days for international), before contacting us. Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. Royal Mail orders are now scanned once delivered, the barcode will be automatically uploaded to your order confirmation once a postage label has been created.
