How do I pay for my item?

We only accept payment via PayPal. This is eBay's favored and safest method of payment online. If you do not already have a PayPal account it is very easy to set one up with any major credit card when you check out.

How much does it cost to ship to a US address?

We charge a flat rate of $2.95 shipping and if you buy two or more items your entire order ships for free (US only).

Do you offer 'combined shipping'?

Yes! What's more - if you buy any two items your entire order will ship for free (US only).

When will my order ship?

If we receive your order by 3PM PST then it will ship same day. For FedEx we will ship your order the same day if received before 5PM PST

How long until my order arrives?

Generally it takes 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! We will send you a tracking link for your order once it has shipped. Please note that the link will not show any tracking data until the morning after your package is picked up from us.

Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO?

Yes! We deliver to any address USPS can deliver to including PO Box and APO/FPO.

Typically items take 7-21 days to arrive depending upon destination country.
Shipping to Mexica, Canada, Australia and UK is generally faster than other countries.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?

30 days money back guarantee. Item must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and we will not be able to refund your initial shipping charges.

How do I return a product?

Find the item you purchased and select 'Contact Seller' and explain why you want to return the item.
