ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This is a beautifully designed stole/sash using white Satin and Silk by Nel's Creations. Made In Australia.
All made at our workshop on the Gold Coast. All items are fully checked before we send them out.
It is used at occasions such as; communions or Baptism/ Christening.
There are two options currently available with the embroidered edge applique attachments - a white cross with gold border (Please check other listing for this variation) and a gold cross with white border.
We do make items to order as well. Please feel free to contact us.

DIMENSIONS:
Full Length for both sashes = 1 meter (100 cm)
Cross Applique
width at bottom (not the tappering width) = 10 cm
width at center = 6-7 cm
width at bottom (not the tappering width) = 7 cm
width at center = 5.5 cm
PAYMENT:
- We ONLY accept payments through Paypal (Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Echeck) and Direct Bank Transfer
- Payment should be finalised within 7 days, Please contact us if you experience any difficulty with payment. We would like to finalise all sales as quickly as possible (Ideally within 7 days).
Payment via Bank Transfer: Please leave me a message as soon as the amount has been transferred. A confirmation message will be sent to you as soon as the amount comes into our account.
SHIPPING:
Please note sometimes holidays and local customs may cause delays to you receiving the product (international customers).
This item will be shipped using Australia Post - FREE STANDARD POST (within Australia ONLY). You also have the option of Express post for an additional amount.
If item is purchase before 2:00pm AEST I try my best to post it on the same day. We normally post an item 1 business day after receiving full payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
We also do combine postage. Please Contact me to do so.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns:
Should the item/s not be according to specifications or faulty please contact us so I can assist you.
Please note: An image of the item must be attached with the message in the case of damage of the condition to be eligible for a replacement/refund.
Other Returns:
If you are returning the item due to change of mind, don’t need it anymore or brought the wrong size.
- Item should be returned in original condition, should not be used and along with any tags attached and/or casing (box).
- Please note a restocking fee of 20% of the item cost will incur.
- Refund minus re-stocking fee will be refunded as soon as the item has been received and checked.
- Buyer pays for return postage cost.
Please note: some items such as our leggings cannot be returned in this case due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange:
- Item should be returned in original condition, should not be used and along with any tags attached and/or casing (box).
- The buyer pays for return postage and the re-sending postage cost.
- The exchange item will be send as soon as the return item has been received; fully checked and re-sending postage has been paid.
Please note: some items such as our leggings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
