Shipping

Item(s) will be mailed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation has been received.

We ship to confirmed eBay address.

For payments received before 2pm on Monday to Friday or before 10am on Saturday, we endeavour to post all item(s) on the same day. All payments placed after these times will be sent on the next business day.  

Posting Domestically:

- Item(s) will be sent via First Class Royal Mail Post, except where specified.

- Replacement items will only be dispatched after 20 days have passed from original item(s) being sent. No refunds will be given for non-delivery. Certificate of Posting can be provided as proof that your item(s) was mailed.

- If you require replacement item(s) within the 20 days please purchase the item(s) again. We will provide a refund based on our ‘Returns’ Policy when the buyer returns the original item(s). The buyer is responsible to cover the cost of mailing the item(s) back to us.

Posting Internationally:

- Item(s) will be sent via Second Class International Standard Post, except where specified.

- We accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. No refund and no replacement will be provided.

Please note that we open a Non-Delivery Investigation with Royal Mail for all items that have not been received.  Please expect Royal Mail to contact you, as part of the investigation, should your item not arrive.

Returns

If you change your mind:

- Please securely return the unused and unopened item(s), quoting date of purchase and your eBay ID, within 14 days of purchase for a no quibble refund. Refunds will only be provided for Unopened and Unused items.

- Buyer is responsible to cover the cost of mailing the item back to us.

- We accept no responsibility for item(s) lost or damaged in the post when returning any item(s).

- A re-stocking fee of £1.00 per item plus the original cost of mailing the item(s) will be deducted when providing a refund.

- Refund will be provided by Paypal within 1 week of receiving the item(s).

For faulty Item(s):

- Please contact us, quoting date of purchase and your eBay ID, within 7 days confirming the faulty item(s).

- Replacement item(s) or full refund will only be provided after the faulty item(s) is returned in the original packaging and after we are able to confirm that it is the item(s) we mailed.

- If replacement item(s) is required before returning the faulty item(s) then please purchase the item(s) again. We will provide a full refund after the faulty item(s) is returned in the original packaging and after we are able to confirm that it is the item(s) we mailed.

- We accept no responsibility for item(s) lost or damaged in the post when returning any item(s).

- Refund will be provided by Paypal within 1 week of receiving the faulty item(s).

Warranty

If the unlikely event that the item develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period from date of purchase, please contact us quoting date of purchase and your eBay ID before returning the faulty item(s). Please see ‘Returns Policy’.

Inappropriate installation, handling or use will void the warranty. Please seek professional advice if unsure how to install the item(s).

We accept no liability to damage caused to the item(s) or your appliance(s) as a result of incorrect installation, handling or use.
