While these bulbs are brand NEW ... they have been on a shelf for many years.   Therefore, each bulb may have some minor cosmetic imperfections (due to the shelf wear).  We test every bulb that goes out to make sure it works before it ships.  If you have any questions about the bulbs, please ask!
