This is a first printing of Super Information Hijinks: Reality Check! issue 12, signed by the writer/artist team of Rosearik Rikki Simons & Tavisha Wolfgarth (an immensely talented husband/wife team who also produced some vampire comics, Sushi Girl, Shutterbox, and the online comic strip  at tavicat, among other projects.

Reality Check! was a humor comic about a VR-focused teen (at a point when full VR helmets can produce immersive experiences) whose pet cat discovers that, when curled up underneath a connected helmet, she can run around the web being friendly, seeking trouble, and just generally being a cat.  Despite being picked up for color by Sirius early into its production and the furred-and-unclothed appearance of one of the main characters, the series was, much like Zim, G-rated but targeted for older readers both in humor and concepts.

Rosearik Rikki Simons has become famous for another project, also; specifically, he was the voice and sometime writer for Gir, the robot on the Invader Zim cartoon produced by Jhonen Vasquez.
