This item has been tested and removed from a working hard drive, and as such is in good working condition. Due to the possibility of mis-installation or other unforeseen occurences we are unable accept returns on this item. This is just an electronic board for Hard Drive. The hard drive is not included. All sales of PCB boards are final due to installation issues, there is no refund or exchange policy. We can only provide basic information on the compatibility issues.

What this board is supposed to do for you: If your hard drive has stopped working, chances are you have some important data stored on it. Sometimes the hard drive failure is caused by a circuit board failure. This product is made to be an identical and functional replacement for your circuit board, therefore repairing your hard drive and saving you expensive data recovery charges. Please note that hard drive failures are NOT always caused by circuit board failure, this board is not guaranteed to fix your hard drive. This version of PCB contains unique ROM. This ROM must either be cloned from original or physically swapped.

Returns Due to nature of item, sale is final with absolutely no returns.
   
Faulty Goods If you receive an item that is faulty we will replace once the original has been received back and checked.
   
Returning Goods

Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt - It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all postage costs for returns unless returning faulty goods. Stand alone PCB are covered by DOA warranty only.
   
Delivery Delays All items are sent via Mail, once dispatched it is firmly in the hands of the Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any delays on their part.
   
Non-receipt Mail themselves advise packages can take up to 14 working days to be delivered, if your item is not received in this timeframe please contact us.
