    When will my item be shipped?

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. Please contact us if your order is urgent. We also have the option of Express Post available at checkout.


    When will I receive my order?

    Standard Post - 1-6 business days within Australia

    Express Post - 1-3 business days, usually next business day depending on your postcode within Australia

    Please note: if you are located in a rural region it may take longer then the estimated days above. Express post may also not be available. If you have any questions and would like us to check please message 

    Where is my order being shipped from?

    All orders are shipped from our workshop located on the Gold Coast, QLD - Australia.

    Please message us via eBay messag so we can assist you.

     

    Do you offer pick up?

    Yes, please place your order and clear any payments via eBay first and message us. We will get back to you accoridngly. Applicable only if you are located on or around the Gold Coast.

  • RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    We accept returns within 30 days, please read our policy below

    Returns:

    Should the item/s not be according to specifications or faulty please contact us so I can assist you.

    Please note: An image of the item must be attached with the message in the case of damage or doesn't 

    match description of the condition to be eligible for a replacement/refund.

    Other Returns:

    If you are returning the item due to change of mind, don’t need it anymore or brought the wrong size.

    - Item should be returned in original condition, should not be used and along with any tags attached and/or casing (box).

    - Please note a fee of 20% of the item cost may incur.

    - Refund minus re-stocking fee will be refunded as soon as the item has been received and checked.

    - Buyer pays for return postage cost.

    Exchange:

    - Item should be returned in original condition, should not be used and along with any tags attached and/or casing (box).

    - The buyer pays for return postage and the re-sending postage cost.

    - The exchange item will be send as soon as the return item has been received; fully checked and re-sending postage has been paid.
