The Zafu meditation cushion "Om Universe" has a combination of filling to provide one of the most comfortable meditation seats available. One side of the inner cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls. This is like one has two types of cushions in a single zafu.
