Vallejo paints are known for color accuracy, good coverage, and smooth application.  They are packaged in dropper-top bottles, to minimize air intrusion into the bottle, and to keep things neat. Use a single drop on a scrap of plastic if that's all you need!  They are great for airbrushing, too.
