Delivery Procedure

We dispatch all item via express next day service signed recorded delivery. We use APC and Royal Mail. Driver needs signature on delivery. If you miss the delivery of item and you do not receive any card then we'll not be responsible for re-delivery charges. If Item return back to us and you don’t want us to re-post item again and ask for refund then we’ll issue cost price of item excluding postage charges. Express service is not available for delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Bank holiday. Other courier Express delivery service is not available for Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and post code also included in not for express delivery , ( KW, JE, GY, JE, IV, BT, HP, HS, BS, PH, PO,IB, IM, CA, PA, CF ). Please select Royal Mail service for above mentioned post codes areas.

 Return Policy

Returns only accepted for unworn goods returned in original packaging. Returns must be notified and returned within 14 days of receipt. Please send return request through ebay to get return address. Please note even though some of my items are listed as with "free postage”, but it does actually cost to post items, therefore postage charges are not refundable. If we have sent wrong size or item by mistake, (which is very rare) i will refund your postage costs back as we receive item back. (Send back to me recorded delivery). If you have ordered and received item and realize you have ordered the wrong size , please send unworn item back and ill exchange size (if in stock) ,postal charges will incur. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine and incur any additional costs, including postage and any duties and/or taxes. Any queries should be addressed prior to buying.
