As our customer we want you to be happy with every purchase you make,
however we understand that whatever reasons, sometimes returns have to be made. 
I also accepts exchange sizes.
Please take care to ensure that the item is kept in the condition you have received them in. 

When returning your goods please ensure that the items and
 packaging are still in their original saleable condition.
Please Note: It is strongly advised that the customer returns goods back
via 1st class (or 2nd class where available) RECORDED delivery.
This ensures that the parcel is insured by the Royal Mail and the item can be tracked.
The cost of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the customer.
