The Buyers Warehouse ships worldwide and dispatches goods generally within 24 hours after payment is received. 
We do not accept PO BOX addresses for international orders.
Our items are shipped using the Australia Post & other appropriate courier companies.
Once the item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email advising you of your parcel tracking number and carrier.
The Buyers Warehouse eBay postage address is the ONLY postage address we use for delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery address.

Returns

The Buyers Warehouse offers a 12 month warranty on all of our products. In the unlikely event that you have issues with any of our products, please contact us immediately.
If you experience a faulty item, please return the item to us within 7 days of purchase. Once we receive the item and confirm the item faulty, a replacement or refund will be issued.
If you happen to receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The Buyer of an item which has been claimed faulty must cover cost of returning the item to us, however The Buyers Warehouse will cover the re-delivery cost of replacing the product
