| This is a Pair of Vintage Solid 14K Yellow Gold and and Natural Black Star Sapphire Cufflinks. I recently acquired this at an unclaimed bank safe deposit box contents auction. I believe they date from the 1960's or 70's, maybe earlier. The cufflinks are clearly marked 14K on the back of the tops. Each cufflink has a round top decorated with lines emanating from the center forming a Rays effect when the light hits them. The center of the tops hold a bezel set round Natural Black Star Sapphire cabochon measuring 5mm in diameter. The tops each measure 3/4 inch in diameter. The swing backs appear to be the originals and are in good working condition. The pair of cufflinks weigh 14.8 grams on my digital postal scale.
