Meditation cushion zafu, with either pre-washed cotton or Japanese wood block print blue & white cotton print, is filled with clean natural organic buckwheat hulls that can be adjusted through a small zipper on the inner liner to provide one's desired support for sitting meditation practice. 

We designed and crafted the meditation cushion cover to zip off for dry cleaning. A sewn-in carry handle provides for easy transport. The zafu measures 16" diameter with a 6" loft, weighs approximately 5.0 lbs.
