For bath or laundry up to 84 square feet these double duty fixtures provide quiet ventilation and a bright ceiling light in one compact built-in unit. They save installation time and save space required for two separate fixtures. Can be wired for simultaneous fan and light or separate fan and light control. Translucent glass lenses provide good diffusion of light, remove easily for quick bulb replacement.
Grilles on two levels channel air to conceal intake ports. Twin receptacles in housing, one for pre-wired plug in power unit, one for pre-wired plug in reflector lens assembly. Quiet blower has centrifugal blower wheel.
Motors float on sound absorbent cushions. Built in aluminum back draft dampers help eliminate drafts. Installs easily between 16" or 24" o.c. joists. Vents through 4" round duct. Reflector assemblies adjust to variations in ceiling thicknesses.
The anodized aluminum reflector-bezel resists rust and tarnish. Outer circle is brushed, inner frame is polished. Domed lens extends only 2.125" from finished ceiling. Includes expansion type hanger bars. Uses one 100 watt lamp maximum (not included).
These fans were in the basement at my wonderful warehouse, and some of them have bits of blemishes on the housing, presumably from dampness. See photos. I opened the boxes for the first time ever, and I double checked them twice, and they work fine, and there is no cosmetic damage on the visible portion of the anodized aluminum outer face. Again, they work perfectly, and they are cosmetically fine. There are just some teensy imperfections on the housing.
It has an 8" diameter glass lens that extends only 1-15/16" from the finished ceiling. It has a light reflector, and it uses a 100 Watt lamp maximum (not included).
