Volvo Saab Breakers Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any damaged or (missing goods from torn packages), once they have been signed for and accepted to be in good condition.

Important Information 1. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILTY TO CHECK PARTS FOR ANY DAMAGE WHEN DELIVERED BEFORE ACCEPTING / SIGNING. Volvo Saab Breakers Ltd WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LABOUR CHARGES INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER. 3. Volvo Saab Breakers Ltd WILL DEDUCT THE INITIAL HANDLING CHARGE WHEN THE PARTS ARE RETURNED. 4. Volvo Saab Breakers Ltd WILL NOT PAY ANY CARRIAGE FOR RETURNED PARTS UNLESS AUTHORISED BY US. 5. REFUNDS WILL TAKE UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS. 6. ANY PARTS DISMANTLED AND SEALS BROKEN WITH OR WITHOUT OUR AUTHORISATION WILL INVALIDATE THIS WARRANTY. 7. ALL ENGINES AND GEARBOXES ARE DRAINED OF ALL FLUIDS FOR CARRIAGE, (OILS & ANTIFREEZE). IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REFILL PRIOR TO USE, AS ANY DAMAGE INCURRED WILL INVALIDATE THIS WARRANTY. 8. ALL PARTS ARE GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS FROM YOUR INVOICE DATE. 9.
