EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
RETURN: All merchandise are 100 % GENUINE BRAND NEW IN BOX and are previously inspected before shipping. But, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied you can return the merchandise. Please keep in mind that we can refund the price of the item ONLY, so All shipping fees are non-refundable. And there will be a restocking fee of $3.00. NO EXCEPTIONS!

EXCHANGE: If you would like to exchange the item please take note that it will be for the same size/style only, if they are available. Or, for other item with the same value. Customers are responsible for Return costs and reship costs unless we make the mistake (wrong size or wrong color).

WE SHIP ON TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS ONLY.
Payments received before 8 AM PACIFIC TIME on Tuesday and Friday will be shipped same day.
We reserve the right to hold payments for one week from Paypal unconfirmed addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your INSURED order is lost or damaged in the mail, you MUST wait 30 days. This is the Post Office's policy, not ours. After the 30 days we will fill out the forms and turn it in to the Post Office with copies of the insurance forms and receipts. Once we receive the funds from the post office, you will then be refunded. The Refund will be less the cost of shipping.

UNPAID ITEM PROCESS
If payment is not received, merchandise will be relisted and we will have to report the non-payer to ebay.
