Items that were purchased from Mooglyz. 

may be returned within 14 - working business days for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returns must be sent back with a tracking number, as well as a 10% restocking fee will be applied to any accepted returns. 

Any Returns received without proof of a tracking number or any other necessary documentation will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please note that the customer will be fully responsible to ship back the merchandise unless the item was/ is incorrect from Mooglyz.

Please note that,  If the item was opened and the consumer wants a return, our 14-day policy to exchange or receive a store credit will be considered as void as we are only the reseller, and any issue/s MUST be taken up directly with the manufacturer of the item directly.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping is NOT Refundable. 

A 20% restocking fee will apply to any accepted returns that require cleaning, repair, or repackaging. 

Any shipments of merchandise that are refused by the customer, are subject to outbound and inbound shipping charges, which will be charged directly to the customer,  (even if the shipping was free.)  Please allow up to 3 - 4 working business days to allow Mooglyz the time for any processing and or handling time of any returns and or exchanges. 

Free shipping only applies in the USA ONLY. Extra shipping fees MAY apply if orders are international.
