Shipping
All of our products are ready made and can be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Postage typically takes 2-3 working days and a tracking reference number can be provided if requested.
Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy starting from the date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with our product please contact us and we will arrange for a refund. Controllers exhibiting any signs of use, abuse, tampering or wear will not be accepted for return. Returns will be granted at the sole discretion of Vivid Customs. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping unless we have made an error with your order.
