Ink: Our sublimation ink is manufactured in the EU, and produces fantastic quality images on all substrates, from t-shirts to mugs to phone covers. We tested a variety of different inks from China, Korea, America, and Europe before settling on this ink, as we found it to be the best quality ink and it has fantastic consistency across multiple batches.

Paper: This sublimation paper was specifically selected to work with our sublimation inks. Having a paper suited to the inks you are using is very important for sublimation printing, and we have found our paper to consistently outclass the opposition in terms of both ink fastness and ink transfer.
Instructions: We offer detailed step by step instructions in a full colour brochure and many support videos to make this as easy as possible for you to understand. We also have many educational videos on our youtube channel to help with many aspects of sublimation printing.

ICC Profiles: An ICC profile tells your computer which colours your printer is capable of producing, and how to produce them. It ensures the closest possible match between what is shown on-screen and the final product. All printers come with ICC profiles built-in, based on printing onto photo paper using the manufacturer?s inks ? for sublimation printing, you will need a different profile. For some models we need to make a custom ICC profile which involves sending us a printed chart, this will mean your colours wont be 100% until this is done - so if your purchasing this on a deadline please add an extra few days for this process. We support both Windows and Mac machines. On a Windows computer, ICC profiles are applied through your image editing software (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
Support: We offer full support for all of our sublimation customers. We have over ten years experience in sublimation printing, so if you're having any problem, we've probably had experience of it ourselves and will be able to help you out. Warranty: All printers are brand new and are normally covered by the manufacturer but as a third party ink is being used the Manufacturer will not warrant unless its D.O.A ( Dead On Arrival ) or suffers a fault not related to the accessory part we supplied, Cityinkexpress will cover the warranty on this item for a period of 12 months but our warranty excludes print heads, in the unlikely event you suffer a print head blockage we are happy to attempt a free repair for you on return of the printer.

Terms
We are happy to accept change of mind returns, as long as the items are complete and returned unused to us, in the same condition as you received them. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of used non-faulty items. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any unused items for a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the item. We ask that customers contact us before returning any items; you may be issued with a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number to help speed up your refund. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service for returns. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please keep both the packaging and the items you have received - if we need to make a claim from our courier for missing items, we will need the packaging for this. We have the utmost confidence in our products, but if you do have any difficulty then please contact us. Our priority is always to help you get set up, and our first recourse in these situations is to offer support through eBay messages or email. If your problem cannot be resolved in this way, then we may at our discretion offer any of the following: 1. Replacement parts 2. Return of the products for testing/repair 3. A refund If we ask you to return any items to us, we will also provide instructions for packaging the items - this is to ensure no ink spillage, or damage to the product, occurs.
