Payment

·  We accept Paypal only.

·  Payment must be received within 7 days. Once it is more than 10 days, the last winning email will be sent out ,and winning Bidder have to repay us eBay transaction fee to deal with the case according ebay policy.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

·  The shipping fee includes not only the actual shipping cost, but also the fee to cover inventory management, labor, logistic and so on. You may be subject to import duties,please contact your local customs’ office and local postal service or UPS office if you need additional information.

Shipping

· This item will be shipped out by Hong Kong Post within 2 Business days after payment clears except public holidays.

·  Please supply us your phone number for shipping purposes!

Delivery

·   It takes about 7-14 days for item delivery based on your location.However, for Africa and South American buyers, it may take 15-30 days,or even longer due to the efficiency of the local customs and post office.

·   Note: In order to avoid missing package, we only make delivery through EMS if the destination is Italy , Brazil,France. The buyer has to bear the extra expenses beyond registered post, according to the concrete weight & size . Thanks a lot for your understanding!

Refunds & Returns

·  If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7days and return back the item, we will refund and charge restocking fee US$3. However, all shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case.

·  Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us. We do not accept any freight collect for the return.

·  Returned item must be unused or altered and in it’s original box.
