Ethnic Turkish Kilim Pillow Cover Approx Size 30x18" The art of Turkish Kilims has survived at least since the 4th Century AD. They are woven light and have been called 'Flat Weave' in the past. Nomadic tribes traditionally carried Kilim's as they were lighter to carry than other rugs and had a surface resistant to pests. These cushion covers are made from old rugs that are no longer used. There is a zip across the back for a cushion fill. This pillow cover is sold without the fill.
