It is a solid knit 8 gore skirt with two ruffles at the hem, and a drawstring waist.  The color is rasberry and sizes available are large child and large adult. The drawstring is embedded in that bump in the elastic of the waistline, there are instructions in the package about how to tease that out (I did it for my photo so you could see it) Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit. This item retails for $70 in adult sizes and is perfect, no irregularities.
