Size 5-6 - Laying the Jacket down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 10.5 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 12 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of Jacket it is approximately 14.5 inches long. 

SIZE 6

Size 6 - Laying the Jacket down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 10.6 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 12.5 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of Jacket it is approximately 15 inches long.  The size 6 measured across bottom of jacket is approximately 9.5 inches across.

SIZE 6x

Size 6x - Laying the Jacket down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 10.6 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 13.5 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of Jacket it is approximately 15 inches long.  The 6x measured across bottom of jacket is approximately 10 inches across.  So the size 6x has a little more room that the size 6.
