    We are a family business and a member of our team is always on hand, prepared to answer questions and queries.
    As a company our focus is you. Our aims involve delivering high quality products as well as having the best possible experience before, during and after transaction. 


    We are an established business selling mother and baby products, maternity/pregnancy, newborn to teenage, men’s and women’s clothing and other essentials. We also offer seasonal items throughout the year.

    Payment Policy

    PayPal is the only method of payment accepted from all buyers, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal you can use any debit or credit card and pay direct into PayPal. Sorry no other payment form is accepted

    SHIPPING OPTIONS

    We aim to dispatch items within the same working day (cut off times apply). Please see schedule to see approximately, when you will receive your item.


    Deliveries within the UK.
    For UK orders, heavier items will be dispatched via courier, and you will receive them within 2-4 working days AFTER dispatch. Orders that weigh less then 5kg in total, will be sent via Royal Mail, and you should receive them 2-5 working days AFTER dispatch.


    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier/Royal Mail should leave a note, advising of the attempted delivery. If you have not received your item 5 days AFTER dispatch, please check with your local post office/depot in the first instance, to see if the item is awaiting collection. Failure to do this, will result in the item being sent back to us, which will incur further charges, for redelivery. Please see below for our claims process should your item fail to reach you.
    For European orders - you should get your order 5-10 working days AFTER dispatch.

    Claims process - in the event of a lost parcel.
    If your item does not get to you within the specified time, please contact us. We will try to track the order down, and let you know it status with the delivery company. If in the unlikely event we are unable to track the parcel, we will send you a non-receipt claim form. We will require you to complete and sign this form, which we will forward to the Royal Mail/courier, to use as a part of their fraud investigation into the missing parcel. We will then send a replacement or refund (this will be at our discretion) A non-receipt claim form must be completed and sent back before any replacements or refunds will be issued.

    RETURNS

    We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in in their original condition of sale with all tags attached, packaging within 14 days of receipt. We must be contacted prior to any returns being sent and at that time we will assist in the best possible way to return the item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you return items claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned items and will notify you of your refund via eBay within a reasonable amount of time.
    Returned parcels are on average refunded within 14 days of posting, however in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 
    For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on certain maternity item, underwear or clothing with underwear as part of a baby set and swimwear. 
    Unless the item is faulty or not as described the buyer is responsible for return of goods and must retain proof of postage for their records.
    Please Note: In case of exchange or return buyer will have to pay the postage. In case of refund seller only refund the actual item price. Postage will not be refunded.

    If for any reason there is a problem with our transaction, please contact us and let us resolve the matter for you. If we don’t/can’t resolve the matter, then you are welcome to escalate it with eBay. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system.
    In a perfect world every transaction will go through without a hitch but we are only human and sometimes a mistake made by ourselves, our suppliers or our chosen courier service may occur. Feedback is so important to businesses on eBay. There are serious consequences for each negative comment or 1-star rating received. So if you feel there has been a mistake or you are not completely happy with your transaction please contact us before leaving feedback.
