These items are items that have been bought by a customer but returned to the original store for various reasons. Most have only been tried on so will be brand new in excellent condition unless stated. Although all items are double checked (when listing and before postage) on rare occasion, some items may have small marks or smell of perfume however this is usually stated in the listing. Photos are also taken before posting as proof of condition of item.

 Payment Information

Only PayPal is accepted. Immediate Payment is required after the winning bid. Buy it now items must be paid for within 4 days otherwise if no payment is made within the 4 days, buyers will be reported to EBay. Items will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving full payment. Cash and cheques are NOT accepted.

Shipping Policy

Items are usually shipped within 1 working days  its Special Delivery Service. Combined shipping is available. Please email me for the items you want to get and i will amend the invoice. An additional £_ (see specific listing) for each item for multiple buys is charged. I ship to USA, Canada, France, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Australia etc. If your country is not listed please email me for postage fees.

International parcels are sent using International Signed For to eligible countries. International buyers should allow more time to receive goods (normally 7 to 10 working days but can take as long as 10 to 14 working days.  

Returns/Refund and Terms

Although most listings use professional photos, pictures of each item are taken before shipping so any damage claims will be checked against photos taken as evidence. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they chose the right size of the item. Any request for exchange of sizes will have separate postal charges to be paid by the buyer.

Returns are accepted and buyer must return item within 14 days from the day of receiving the item and item must be in the same condition it was received. Any missing tags, damage in the form of deodorant marks, smell of perfume and tears will not be accepted and returned back to the buyer. Items sold under clearance or listed with defects are final and will not be refunded.It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure item is posted securely otherwise, the seller will not be held accountable for missing or lost returns and will not refund non received goods.

Labels are cut or defaced to comply with trading standards (that is to stop people from returning items bought from eBay to the actual store for refunds). Please note that at times the colour of the item may differ from the picture due photo lighting. If at all not happy with these policies please do not buy/bid.
