·        We will need the name that you require to be cut out as soon as possible. Please be specific, using correct grammar, uppercase and lowercase letters, also add the apostrophe and the letter S at the end of the name if require, as we will copy and paste, exactly as you request. 

·        No proof is sent out.

·        We will use the details you send us to personalise.

·        Allow between 5-15 working days for cutting, engraving of goods. The despatch timescale for all our personalised products does vary at different times of the year. eg: Peak wedding Season, Christmas etc.  Please see the estimated delivery shown on the listing page before ordering to ensure you have left enough time to receive your goods.
