The clock is housed in a heavy brass , attached to a heavy oak back-board.

The white enamel clock face has black Roman numerals numerals with the minutes in denominations of five. There is a title just above the 'Advance/Retard' lever just below the 12 o’clock position reading "Smiths". "Made In England" is just above the six o'clock position.

There is a brass & bevelled glass hinged cover. It comes with a key.

The dial has a diameter of 7.5 inches (19.1 cm). The backplate has a diameter of 12 inches (30.5 cm). The clock & backplate have a depth of 5.7 inches (cm). It weighs 5.17 Kg.

~ Condition ~

There are some scratches to the dial, and glass. The brass shows some sign of colour loss but remains in good, original & unpolished condition.

It is in good working order.
