We are a professional hairdressing salon based in Melbourne. All our items are 100% genuine and brand new unopened fresh stock. We do not import from overseas all our stock is brought from Australian distributors. So you know you are getting the real item with Australian standards

NON PAYING CUSTOMERS

For any items unpaid an unpaid item report will be automatically forwarded to eBay and an investigation will be opened on there behalf.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of auction ending for an extension Please email us

REFUNDS

There are no refunds due to health and safety reasons unless the product is faulty, or the item description is not as states. So please choose your items carefully

POSTAGE

We send out our items by Australia Post and all items have tracking so you can keep track of where they are and when they will arrive.

this means that the parcel will be registered and will also be insured for loss.

If you choose not to register your items we cannot be held responsible for loss of items

When you buy more than one item from us you will receive a discount on postage fees after the first item.

$2-00 to $3-00 off each item postage after the first depending on what the item is and where it is going.
