This cam fits steering wheels without tilt for many 1969 to early 2000's GM models.
This is used in your steering wheel to reset you turn signals back to a neutral position after turning your steering wheel a certain degree. This cam fixes the horn wire connection point which is commonly broken when removing the horn pad.
